Tinos is a place of pilgrimage and worship, dominated by the presence of the Church of Panayia Megalohari (or simply, Church of Evangelistria, meaning “Lady of Good Tidings”). The church stands on an exalted position upon the island’s capital and it is dedicated to the icon of Virgin Mary that was discovered in 1823. Legend has it, that the icon bears miraculous properties, so a lot of believers gather in Tinos every August 15th in order to seek comfort and a blessing by the Virgin Mary. 

Despite its “sacred” reputation, Tinos is not just a place for holy revelry: located between the famous holiday destinations Andros and Mykonos, Tinos has beaches to match its neighbors, with the extra advantage of being untouched by touristic development. From our curated villas, guests can enjoy a seemingly infinite horizon, with a warm sunset palette mixing gently with the azure of the Aegean Sea.

Built precisely to take advantage of the island’s astonishing views, the villa features a modern design that pays due respect to the traditional decorative elements. The abundant natural light is gently reflected off the whitewashed walls, while the minimalist aesthetics complete a peaceful composition. The objective is your relaxation, and Villa Andromeda delivers!

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV, a stereo system and air conditioning. Also, there is an open plan dining area for up to 6 guests with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine & coffee maker, kettle, toaster), 2 double ensuite bedrooms of 12 square meters and a guest WC. 
There is also a lower ground floor which features an ensuite twin bedroom of 22 square meters, with a TV set. 
Going up a floor, you will come across the master bedroom (with en–suite shower room), which measures 17 square meters and offers an unparalleled view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a TV set.

The small independent cell (guesthouse) that exists a few meters below the villa, was first constructed more than a century ago, as a farm building. Its characteristic design was especially taken care of in the process of restoration. 
The cell can sleep two guests. Ιt features its own shower room and distinct design. Moreover, it features an amazing view and an ever-present local aura.

Guests can spend the better part of the day outdoors, as there are many opportunities for fun and socializing by the 3,32 m. x 8,20 m. pool. Pool area is fully equipped with parasols, sunbeds etc. In the garden, there is also a shaded dining area with a table for up to 8 guests and a BBQ. After enjoying your meal, you can relax at the spacious outdoor sitting area overlooking the sea. And don’t worry about the seasoning of your barbecue: in the garden, you can find a small vegetable and herb garden, which you can use for your cooking and grilling needs.

Indoor amenities include TV and DVD player, sound system, Wi-Fi internet connection, ceiling fans (in all bedrooms), air-conditioning (in the master bedroom and living room).

Services included in the rental rates: Guide from Tinos port upon arrival, cleaning service twice per week, change of linen & towels twice per week.

Services offered upon request (at an extra charge) include daily cleaning service, laundry service (pick-up/delivery), extra cleaning services, car hire, a local cook, daily excursions around the island or a full day to Mykonos, Andros, Delos etc., yacht for rent with a crew, shopping, personal trainer.
