Just a few kilometers away from the beautiful sandy beaches, Villa Chloe is endowed with a prime location of exceptional beauty. The environment is soothing. Small, traditional villages add delicate brushes of white in the vivid palette of nature, where green and stone merge to finally meet the azure waters in the coastline, where seabirds and fishes playfully dance around the picturesque boats.

Villa Chloe stands proudly amidst a vast area of 4000 sq.m., laid in exceptional outdoor areas which include seating and dining spots shaded with pergolas and sheltered from the summer winds of Tinos, a private infinity pool, a stone-BBQ area and an independent Yoga Shala.
The outstanding view is totally unobstructed and presents the islands of Mykonos, Syros and Rinies in all their glory, imposing as the emerge from the deep blue waters of the Aegean.

The Villa consists of the Main House and the independent Guest House. 
The Main House develops on three levels, has four guest bedrooms and accommodates up to ten guests. 
The Ground Floor includes a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) with garden access. 
The Upper Level consists of the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds (one on a loft), one more full bathroom, as well as a large balcony.
Lower Level includes staff quarters and storage rooms.
The Guest House of 50 sq.m., allocates a double bed, small kitchen and a bathroom. 

Villa’s services and facilities include: Satellite TVs, ceiling fans, WiFi internet access, indoor sound system, laundry facilities, safety box, mosquito nets, BBQ, private parking spaces. 
Other services included: Cleaning service daily and change of linens/towels twice a week, guide/escort from port on arrival, bath amenities.
