Nisia Houses I & II
Located in the Aegean Sea, there is an enchanting quality to the island of Tinos. It's a soothing nature escape that offers spiritual healing - a contrast to the high energy of nearby, popular Mykonos. The island also boasts a rich cultural heritage and traditional Greek architecture that was influenced by the abundance of materials, such as marbles and rare rocks.
Visitors to Tinos island can't miss the capital's Panagia Megalochari church. This sacred place attracts people daily, including pilgrims who show their devotion by crawling to the church from the port along the long red carpet.
However, there is much more to enjoy on the island, especially for nature lovers who want to explore the pristine landscape by hiking, trekking, or horseback riding. Museums, wineries, water-based activities, and festivals are also among the many other attractions.
What better way to complete your visit than by staying at a family-friendly location with spectacular views? The houses in Tinos stand out for their simplicity, beauty, and functionality. Qualities you can find with a holiday getaway at Nisia Houses I & II.
Featuring stunning views of the sapphire Aegean Sea, Nisia Houses I & II stand side-by-side on six acres of land in the area of Agios Ioannis Porto of South-Eastern Tinos. They have all the amenities you need to relax and recharge while surrounded by nature. From the elevated vantage point of the two houses, you can also catch views of the nearby islands, Mykonos, Delos, and Syros.
Nisia House I is a 2-level home that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children. Walking up to the house, you can already see the possibilities of enjoyment with the covered veranda, which includes a dining room table that seats 6 people comfortably. The vantage point from this outdoor space lets you see the island below against the vibrant blue sea.
Entering the ground floor from the veranda you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that unfolds into an open plan living room with another dining table surrounded by 4 wooden benches. The couch is cozily tucked by the staircase and yet again, offers views of the surrounding island scenery. A bedroom with a double bed and a small single bed suitable for a child is further in the house. Functional open closets, including hangers, are in the room to accommodate storage needs. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and vessel sink on the ground floor.
Up the stairs to the first floor, you will find glass doors opening up to a wide balcony that is spacious enough for entertaining or sunbathing. There is also a covered seating area to relax and enjoy the sea vistas. Opposite the balcony doors is a full bathroom, including a standing shower, vessel sink, and high windows offering plenty of natural light. This level also has 2 double bedrooms as well as an open bed area suitable for 2 children.
Nisia House II, the other 2 level home, is next door. This house offers a unique twist in living arrangements, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and community areas on the first floor level. Different sleeping options allow accommodation for up to 8 adults or enough space for 6 adults and 3 children.
The ground floor is for cozying up in one of the 3 bedrooms. You'll find 2 double bedrooms with natural light. Another bedroom has 3 single beds, suitable for 2 adults or 3 children to stay comfortably. The home's 2 bathrooms are also on the ground floor and include showers, vessel sinks, and more shelving space for storage.
A curved staircase takes you up to the first floor level that features a cozy living room with two sofas that double up as beds for two extra guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with windows over the sink to bring in natural light and let the cook take in the island scenery. Opposite the kitchen, and flanked with more windows, is an indoor dining table.
A highlight of the Nisia House II first floor level, however, is the wide balcony with fabulous views of the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands. There is enough space for sunbathing or sun salute yoga, including a sunny nook and seating area. For a little shade, a separate covered seating area with two tables creates a perfect scenic, outdoor dining space.
Nisia Houses I & II offer beautiful architecture and fresh white walls that are accented with wooden and colorful decor for your relaxing island escape. Amenities you can find at both houses include WiFi internet access, air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, baby-cot or baby chair, and private parking spaces. On top of the stunning views from your private balcony, both houses are also conveniently only a 6-minute drive to the Aghios Ioannis Porto beach.
